Expert Care from the Comfort of Home

Whether you’re ill or living with a physical challenge, it can be difficult to leave your house to get the care you need. That’s where we come in – Catholic Health’s home care services make life a little easier by bringing our trademark compassionate care to you.

Receiving home care means that a nurse or aid will come to your home to provide healthcare, personal assistance, or other needed services. You may benefit from home care if:

  • You have been discharged from a hospital or other facility, but require additional assistance at home
  • You have a medical condition or physical challenge
  • You need assistance with personal care, household chores, or other daily living activities
