Welcome Visitors!

Prepare for your visit by reviewing our policies and suggestions.

Whether they’re recovering from an illness, receiving treatment, or in need of support, your presence can provide comfort and encouragement during your loved one’s healing journey. We want you to have the information and resources you need to have as smooth and comfortable a visit as possible. Though some of our policies vary by location, this is some of the most commonly requested information for visitors at any Catholic Health facility.

General Visitor Policies

No matter which facility you visit, these policies apply as part of our effort to put excellence in patient care at the center of everything we do!

Internet Access

Free wireless internet access is available throughout the hospital. To begin using this service, open your wireless connection utility, scan available networks and connect to “Catholic Health Visitor.”

Flowers Icon

Flower Deliveries

If you are ordering flowers for a patient, it is not necessary to include the room number. The florist will stop at the front desk to confirm the recipient’s name and room number before the delivery is made.

No Smoking Icon

Smoke-Free Campus

As of July 4, 2009, smoking is not permitted anywhere on hospital property and off-site locations. This new smoke-free policy includes all buildings, parking areas, cars parked on hospital property, grounds and adjacent sidewalks.

Representative Icon

Patient Representative

The Patient Representative program is designed to help you with any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay with us. If you or your family members have any questions about your hospitalization, hospital policy, or have a special request, please ask to see the patient representative.

Visitation Policies by Facility

Please be aware that each of our hospitals and in-patient facilities may have unique visitation policies. We want to ensure each patient and visitor have as comfortable a stay as possible, so we encourage you to review the visitation policies of the facility you'll be visiting prior to arrival.
