At Catholic Health, we believe it is important for patients to understand how much they may have to pay for healthcare services. Out-of-pocket costs can differ from patient to patient depending on insurance coverage and the type and the complexity of services performed.
Patients can receive an estimate of costs in one of the following ways:
The price estimator is not a guarantee of a patient’s final costs. Unanticipated charges due to complications, final diagnoses, additional tests, or treatment by an additional provider not known at the time of the estimate can affect total out-of-pocket costs.
Catholic Health charges are the same for all patients. However, a patient’s responsibility may vary depending on insurance plan coverage and negotiated rates with insurance companies. Patients who are concerned about costs are encouraged to contact our Patient Financial Services Team at (716) 601-3600 to determine if they qualify for one of our financial assistance programs.
