"I had a wonderful experience delivering my second child at Mercy. The staff was exceptional from all of the nurses, to the midwives, the anesthesiologists, physicians, aides, and lactation consultant. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. The food was also quite delicious."

"The whole journey from the Catholic Health hospitals from the second I walked into Kenmore Mercy Hospital, through my stay at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, and then rehab at St. Joseph Campus, everybody did a great job. They care about you, and they want you to become as good as you can be."

James B.

"I would like to thank everybody here at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo that's done everything to keep me alive. The nurses and the doctors, they were so wonderful and kind to me. "

Cheryl B.

"I could have gone anywhere for my neck surgery, but I was really impressed from the moment I spoke with Dr. Egnatchik. The surgery was complicated, but I felt like I was in great hands, and he was so supportive. Dr. Egnatchik performed the surgery at Mercy Hospital where I sensed the same level of professionalism and caring among the nurses and other hospital staff. All went well with the procedure, and I was home after just a couple of nights at Mercy."
