Catholic Health offers infusion therapy for all patients, whether you require care at home, your nursing facility, or out in the community.

At Catholic Health, our infusion therapy team is focused on ensuring that patient care and comfort come first. Our highly trained nurses and nurse practitioners are dedicated to creating a positive infusion therapy experience for a variety of medical specialties and conditions, including:

Those who require these services are supported by a team of infusion specialists, including pharmacists, nurses, and other professionals with special training. Infusing medication at home or in a infusion suite outside the hospital saves patients time and provides a safe, effective alternative to inpatient treatment.

If you require care at home, Catholic Health’s Home and Community-based care program includes one source for all of your infusion pharmacy needs.

Our program is uniquely structured, giving us the ability to bring IV care directly to our patients. Knowledgeable professionals provide high quality infusion services in the comfort and safety of the patient’s home, with customized care plans and clinical monitoring and reporting with physician oversight.

Caregivers provide patient and family education on infusion management, encouraging active involvement in their healthcare
Pharmacy and nursing needs are addressed in a single visit, with collaboration among other physicians and services
Pick-up and delivery of supplies such as pumps and sharps containers is included
On-call nursing and pharmacy services to address emergency patient needs

Sisters Health Infusion Center in Depew is a comprehensive center providing a variety of therapies for multiple sclerosis, migraines, immunoglobin deficiency, anemia, osteoporosis, oncology, chemotherapy, antibiotics, albumin infusion and more.

The center is focused on providing clinical excellence and compassionate care in an environment designed to make you feel at home. Patients can recline fireside, with individual TVs at each chair. Snacks like breakfast bars, yogurt, popcorn and more are readily available, and patients can also order take-out from local restaurants. With complimentary Wi-Fi, patients are also welcome to use their personal laptops, tablets and mobile devices while receiving treatment.

The Center is conveniently located in Depew, with close, free parking and easy access to the NFTA-Metro #68 bus.
