Kenmore, NY – Kenmore Mercy Hospital has named Andrew Croisdale, MBA, as Vice President of Operations.

Andrew is moving into this new role after serving as the Director of Operations since 2022. He joined Catholic Health in 2007, and during his tenure, he has been involved in projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and grow services in many parts of the system. Andrew began his career in various Supply Chain roles, and also worked for a brief time in Perioperative Services at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital.

Andrew’s responsibilities include oversight of a number of ancillary services, with an overall focus on strategic initiatives to further efficiency goals, patient
satisfaction and growth opportunities. In this new role, he will be responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the hospital’s operational activities. He will be working with Kenmore Mercy’s management team to ensure the hospital meets its targets financially, strategically and operationally.

In addition to an MBA in Strategic Management, Andrew earned a BS in Business Management from Niagara University. He is Green Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma.

As part of his growing role at Kenmore Mercy Hospital, Andrew has taken a lead in community activities and joined the Board of Directors for the Ken-Ton Chamber of Commerce. He actively participates in many community activities in the Tonawandas. He resides in Wilson with his wife Erin and two children, Sophia and Gavin.
