Thirteen NAs and CNAs graduated from the THRIVE Program (Transformational Healthcare Readiness through Innovative Vocational Education) on July 20. THRIVE is funded by the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation, and has provided intrapersonal and interpersonal skill training and one year of workforce coaching to over 450 direct care workers at Catholic Health.
Nine of the graduates are already progressing in their healthcare career. Five are applying to or are currently enrolled in nursing school, and three are working on completing their Bachelor’s degrees, on their way to careers as a PA, MSW, and another enrolling to become a Respiratory Therapist. Congratulations to all our graduates!
