Buffalo, NY – Mercy Hospital’s front circle and main entrance have reopened to patients and visitors following the completion of a 10-week storm and sewer line replacement project. Patient pick-up and drop-off, and valet parking have also resumed in the front circle. With the reopening of the main entrance, the street-level Lorraine Ave. entrance will now be exit only. All patients and visitors should now enter the hospital through the main entrance or the pedestrian bridge on the second level of the Abbott Rd. parking ramp. The portion of Lorraine Ave. that runs alongside the hospital has also reopened to two-way traffic. The hospital would like to thank its patients, visitors, staff, and neighbors for their patience and support throughout this vital project.
