Mercy Hospital Chef Christopher Damiani and guest host Holistic Health Coach Karen Calandra, RN, created a healthy Power Wrap and Mango Yogurt Parfait for our Cooking Well at Mercy show at the Mercy Café on the hospital’s 3rd floor.

2 oz. Red pepper
1 oz. Shredded carrots
4 oz. Garlic Herbed Chicken
1 oz. Red Quinoa
4 slices Avocado
1 oz. Feta cheese
1 c. Low-fat Granola (no nut or raisin)
2 oz. Fruit frozen mango
2 scoops Low-fat vanilla yogurt

Christopher Damiani serves as the assistant director of Food Services at Mercy Hospital. A professional chef with a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, he oversees the menu planning for hospital patients and the Mercy Café.
