Primary Care - Our primary care physicians are here to provide a constant support system for our patients to lean on. Few things are more important than your health, which we treat by conducting annual physicals, providing care for your non-emergent medical needs, and assessing symptoms for specialist referrals.

Cardiac Care - Our team of cardiac providers is dedicated to treating a wide variety of cardiac conditions and heart disease, offering our patients the highest standard of care. Our comprehensive care model includes collaboration with advanced practice providers and specialist nurses.

Women Care - Whether it's your routine checkup, disease diagnosis and prevention, or providing knowledge and support throughout your pregnancy, we believe in empowering women with the information they need to have full confidence in their own health. We employ some of the region's best OB/GYNs, dedicated to meeting women's health needs with compassion and comfort.

Primary Care

Our part: Showing genuine compassion and care for each and every one of our patients, so you always have a place to turn with your non-emergent healthcare needs.

Catholic Health’s board-certified physicians place the utmost importance on getting to know you – your family history, risk factors, overall wellness, and any other related conditions. Together, we will make decisions about what’s best for you and your health.

The relationship between a patient and their primary care doctor is one of the most significant links in healthcare. We’re able to translate your symptoms so they can be understood by other caregivers, and coordinate a care plan based on our familiarity with your health history. We work to remain your touchpoint between how you’re feeling – in your own words – and recommending resources in the larger medical community.

Primary Care Services

Here are some primary care services provided by Catholic Health physicians:

  • Treatment of common illnesses
  • General physicals and preventative care
  • Recommended immunizations
  • Blood testing and specialist referrals
  • Diagnosis and management of chronic conditions

Your part: All we ask is that you play an active role in your healthcare. Learn about yourself and what you can do to stay as healthy as possible. Understand how certain habits and lifestyle choices can impact your health.

And above all, know that an annual physical is vital to maintaining optimum health and wellness, as well as tracking changes in your growth and development. We’re committed to helping you live your healthiest life possible – schedule an appointment today.
