The moment you enter one of our sleep centers, a respiratory therapist will greet and escort you to your private room. Our centers are designed to provide a hotel-like environment with the high-quality standards of a hospital. Your modern bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, television and a private bath, offering all the comforts of home.
Monitoring Your Sleep
During sleep testing, licensed respiratory professionals monitor a number of parameters, including your brain waves, eye movements, heart rate, breathing pattern, muscle activity, and oxygen levels. The results of the test help to determine sleep patterns and recognize abnormal conditions. The results are then sent to your doctor.
What Happens Next
After your stay at the center, your sleep record will be reviewed and analyzed. A complete report, including treatment recommendations, is forwarded to your referring physician. A follow-up appointment with your doctor should be scheduled to discuss your results.
