The team of medical professionals at St. Vincent Health Center seeks to be a community health resource for your non-emergent medical needs. Our providers take the time to form one-on-one relationships with each of our patients to ensure that you and your loved ones receive the highest quality primary care and addiction management services.
You don't have to overcome your addiction alone. Having the right type of support system around you is critical on your path to recovery. Our addiction management programs are tailored to the individual, with recommended treatment for your circumstances and the severity of your condition. We respect the person living with addiction by treating patients with compassion and observing their privacy.
Our primary care physicians are here to provide a constant support system for our patients to lean on. Few things are more important than your health, which we treat by conducting annual physicals, providing preventative care, and assessing symptoms for specialist referrals.

To expedite your request, you can also ask your pharmacy to send us an e-request for a prescription refill.
