Pathways is a comprehensive outpatient program that provides medication-assisted treatment in conjunction with counseling sessions. We are fully dedicated to helping patients progress on their road to recovery. For patients living with a prescription drug or heroin addiction, we often recommend the controlled use of methadone, Vivitrol, or Suboxone to effectively manage withdrawal symptoms.
Addiction Management – You don’t have to overcome your addiction alone. Having the right type of support system around you is critical on your path to recovery. Our addiction management programs are tailored to the individual, with recommended treatment for your circumstances and the severity of your condition. We respect the person living with addiction by treating patients with compassion and observing their privacy.
Physician referrals are not necessary.
