Prescription Refills
Prescriptions will only be refilled during office hours. Please plan ahead so that you do not run out of important medicines. Always have the phone number of your pharmacy available when you call the office.
To expedite your request, you can also ask your pharmacy to send us an e-request for a prescription refill.
Emergencies
Call 911 (Emergency Medical Services) for any life threatening emergency that requires immediate medical care (inability to breathe, severely choking, unconsciousness, seizure, etc.). For poisonings, call the Poison Control Center (716) 878-7654 or 1-800-222-1222.
After-Hours Calls
If you become ill or are injured after office hours, during the weekend, or a holiday, your call to the office will go through our answering service. Please limit calls to emergencies or other urgent problems that cannot wait until morning.
