A Catholic Health vendor, Serviceaide, experienced a data breach resulting in limited patient information being exposed online. Serviceaide will be sending out patient notification letters to potentially affected patients. Information will be posted on Serviceaide’s homepage at: https://www.serviceaide.com/notices
Applicant must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy and must be eligible for New York State Licensure.
Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or be in the top 25% of their graduating class if graduating from a Pass/Fail program.
Candidates are required to complete and submit an online electronic application through PhORCAS. No hardcopy applications will be accepted.
After receipt of all application materials above, applicants will be reviewed and a select number of candidates will be invited for an interview.
Application materials must be received by January 5.
