Free health screenings are available at events throughout Western New York. You may be screened for cholesterol, blood pressure, bone health, heart health and more.
To help you improve your health, we offer health education programs at no cost. Our nurses and physicians give presentations at venues throughout Western New York.
All patients without insurance can receive healthcare at a reduced cost, based on an income sliding scale.

To better understand the health issues faced by Western New Yorkers, we conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment every three years.
