I see my responsibility as a physician to provide the highest level of medical care with compassion and thoughtfulness. I see a critical aspect of my job is educating my patients on their disease in a way that is understandable and reviewing all reasonable treatment options. I also apply evidence-based medicine to my decision-making. I believe it is essential for each patient to understand all their treatment options and to discuss the benefits and risks of each approach with them.
