Background

Dr. Walcott is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

Board-certified in vascular and general surgery, he completed fellowships in vascular and endovascular surgery at Georgetown University Hospital, Washington Hospital Center, and Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Washington, DC. He also completed his residency and served as chief resident in general surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA, and served as a clinical instructor of surgery at Harvard University School of Medicine as well as an instructor of surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine.

Dr. Walcott is board certified in both general and vascular surgery, and certified in fenestrated aneurysm repair. He has specialty training in carotid surgery, abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repair, lower extremity reconstruction, and venous disease with a special interest in complex aortic repair.

Dr. Walcott is a member of the Eastern Vascular Society and the Society of Vascular Surgeons, and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
