A person’s well-being relies on their ability to practice self-care. That’s why it’s my goal - and responsibility - to educate patients and their family members regarding their condition or disease. I also help connect my patients to community resources that can enhance their care through every stage of the process. It’s all about helping patients reach their health goals by improving function and promoting recovery -- so they can live their best lives.
