My academic and professional experience in engineering strongly influenced my pursuit of orthopedic surgery. This mindset continues to guide my approach to complex shoulder replacement surgery and hand conditions, remaining current with new technology and innovation.

Dr. Kory Reed is a graduate of Cornell University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. He then went on to pursue his Doctorate of Medicine from the University at Buffalo. Dr. Reed continued his education by completing his orthopedic surgical residency and a hand and upper extremity fellowship at the University at Buffalo. After spending many years in Buffalo studying medicine, Dr. Reed and his family decided to settle in WNY permanently.
