I am committed to elevating the health of individuals and communities by delivering care that is equitable, evidence-based, and grounded in compassion. As a former collegiate athlete, I value the discipline, accountability, and team-centered mindset that shaped my early life. I bring those principles into my medical practice, partnering with patients to create personalized care plans, and working together toward long-term health and wellness.
