I am thoroughly devoted to the comprehensive health care of my patients and their families. My mission is to help patients achieve optimal health by promoting a healthy lifestyle, as well as focusing on disease prevention. I care for patients not only when they are sick, but also when they are well. My ultimate goal is to consistently provide high quality, compassionate care through open communication and respect for patients’ concerns.

Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Joseph Fasanello is a primary care physician with Trinity Medical Primary Care in Kenmore and Medical Director of Primary Care, Southern Region for Trinity Medical WNY, PC and Catholic Health.

He graduated from Saint George’s University School as a Doctor of Medicine in 2009 and completed his residency in 2013 at SUNY Buffalo, where he was Chief Resident in the Family Medicine Program. He graduated with the designation of “Distinction in Research” for research resulting in publication.

He has been named one of America’s Top Family Doctors by the Consumers Research Council of America from 2014-2022, and was also named a “Top Doctor” by NY Top Docs and USA Top Docs in 2018-2022. In addition, he has been named a Top Doctor by Buffalo Spree Magazine in 2020-2023 and Best Physician in the Buffalo News’ Best of 716 for 2021-2022.
