Care Philosophy

I believe in partnership when determining treatment options. Each patient’s goals and motivations are different and play a role in what direction we take. The best motivation in my practice is seeing improvement after someone is affected by a musculoskeletal problem. Orthopedic diagnoses are often chronic and take a toll on a person’s quality of life and happiness. Seeing my patients turn a corner after an injury or recovering from surgery is very rewarding.

He received his Doctorate of Medicine from the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. Interesting Fact About Dr. Pula

My favorite hobby is woodworking. My father was a cobbler and I have always loved working with my hands. That had grown into a passion for building, and I spend my spare time in my garage making tables and other furniture. I think that this exposure has made me a better surgeon.
