Medical records are available for patients patients discharged from Kenmore Mercy Hospital, Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, Sisters of Charity Hospital, and Sisters of Charity Hospital - St. Joseph Campus through the Catholic Health patient portal (Catholic Health Connect).
