The team of medical professionals at Mount St. Mary’s Neighborhood Health Center seeks to be a community health resource for your non-emergent medical needs. Our providers take the time to form one-on-one relationships with each of our patients to ensure that you and your loved ones receive the highest quality primary care, pediatrics, and women care services.
Women Care – Whether it’s your routine checkup, disease diagnosis and prevention, or providing knowledge and support throughout your pregnancy, we believe in empowering women with the information they need to have full confidence in their own health.
Those who receive pregnancy care at the Neighborhood Health Center will experience the benefits of having our team provide expert prenatal and postpartum care, while also having access to the region’s best labor and delivery services at Sisters of Charity Hospital.
Primary Care – Our primary care physicians are here to provide a constant support system for our patients to lean on. Few things are more important than your health, which we treat by conducting annual physicals, providing care for your non-emergent medical needs, and assessing symptoms for specialist referrals.
Pediatrics – Pediatricians provide care for children and young adults up to the age of 21. Our trusted physicians focus on ensuring your loved ones’ health by treating everything from minor injuries to complex health conditions. We encourage patients to visit our office for annual physicals, sick visits, and preventative healthcare.
Getting ready for a new baby is a fun and exciting time. Catholic Health is happy to offer prenatal education classes for families to make your experience with pregnancy, delivery, and beyond as easy as possible.

Catholic Health’s board-certified physicians place the utmost importance on getting to know you – your family history, risk factors, overall wellness, and any other related conditions. Together, we will make decisions about what’s best for you and your health.
The relationship between a patient and their primary care doctor is one of the most significant links in healthcare. We’re able to translate your symptoms so they can be understood by other caregivers, and coordinate a care plan based on our familiarity with your health history. We work to remain your touchpoint between how you’re feeling – in your own words – and recommending resources in the larger medical community.

Your part: All we ask is that you play an active role in your healthcare. Learn about yourself and what you can do to stay as healthy as possible. Understand how certain habits and lifestyle choices can impact your health.
And above all, know that an annual physical is vital to maintaining optimum health and wellness, as well as tracking changes in your growth and development. We’re committed to helping you live your healthiest life possible – schedule an appointment today.
