Associate Giving

Thousands of Associates support Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Catholic Health through charitable giving, and together, donate more than a quarter of a million dollars each year. This generosity helps us continue to be a best place to work, practice medicine and receive care.

Like all donors to Mount St. Mary's Hospital Foundation, Associate donor philanthropy helps to ensure high-quality care is always available in our community.

Associates can make annual renewable gifts by enrolling in our payroll deduction program, which provides an affordable way to support the foundation throughout the year. Click here to make your gift today.

Associates can also visit the foundation office at any time to make a one time gift.

Stories of Inspired Associate Giving

There are many reasons why our associates choose to allocate a portion of their compensation back to the hospital. Below are a few testimonials from several of our associates that have made the important decision to support Mount St. Mary's Hospital Foundation.

Jeanine Cheers, Manager, Imaging Services

"I give to the MSM Foundation because I have been at Mount St. Mary’s for nearly 20 years and love the people who work here.  Through the small grants program,  I know the Foundation support supports my co-workers by providing funds for education, equipment and trainings.  Our Foundation has had a direct impact on nearly every hospital department and the many patients we serve."

Terri Ross, RN, PACU Ambulatory

"I support our Foundation with the knowledge that my contribution helps improve patient care.  I believe deeply in the mission and values in our hospital, and with every gift I make, I know I’m giving back directly to this community."

Maryann Cogdill, Director, Maternity Nursery

"I make contributions the Foundation because I believe that any gift can make a difference, no matter how big or small.  All gifts support and improve the lives and outcomes of our patients."
