Thank you for your interest in our program. Our PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency Program is committed to providing an experience cultivating leaders within the pharmacy profession. As our profession continues to shift, we are committed to preparing residents who are ready for various types of opportunities within the pharmacy profession with a focus on the development on mastering clinical skills in the outpatient setting. After completing this program, you will have the skillset required for an independently run collaborative interprofessional practice which enhances quality care. This program is built to cultivate your experience as a clinical specialist and remains committed to remaining flexible to meet the individual goals and interests of each resident. Catholic Health has multiple residency programs (pharmacy and medical) which the PGY2 resident will collaborate and work with throughout their experience. Residents should expect to provide clinical services in the following areas: Primary Care, Hepatitis C, Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Transitions of Care.
