Baby & Me

This Baby & Me Yoga 4-week series is designed to encourage bonding between baby and caregiver though yoga poses and activities. Taught by an experienced yoga practitioner, birth doula and prenatal educator, this class will utilize asanas, meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques while providing effective tools for parenthood.

Prenatal Yoga

Our Prenatal Yoga class was developed to help prepare the mind and body for labor and delivery. Taught by an experienced yoga practitioner, birth doula and prenatal educator, this class incorporates various body postures, meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques. These resources and additional tools provided will assist in coping with the intensity of labor. This is an activity based class, appropriate for all three trimesters. Please dress comfortably and be prepared (bring a yoga mat, pillow and water bottle, etc.) to practice the yoga poses. Class duration is approximately one hour and will be hosted in person.
