Prepared Childbirth

Activity

This class is perfect as a review or as a basic childbirth class. We will overview the labor and delivery process, look at comfort measures and common medical procedures in childbirth, and have some time to overview positions and helpful tips for reducing discomfort. An optional tour follows our classes in our birthing hospitals. We do a 3 hour slightly condensed version of this class in the evenings but review in a bit more depth (4 hours) on weekend days.

Basics

Childbirth classes are perfect for any expectant parent who wants to know what will happen in labor and delivery and beyond. We will provide you with a book that has online tools and apps to assist in self-learning. The 2-hour Webinar will then give a summary of the most important information and give you time to ask questions, seek clarification, and get feedback.
