Active Comfort Techniques for Labor Class

This Active Comfort Techniques for Labor class is an add on class with additional comfort measures. Taught by an experienced doula or nurse educator, this class uses upright positions and techniques that are used worldwide to reduce the discomfort of labor and the length of labor. Modern techniques from such organizations as Spinning Babies ® and Dancing For Birth™ are also discussed.
