The Catholic Health Referral program gives you the ability to earn some extra money while also contributing to the growth of our team. Both Associates and members of our community could be eligible for a referral bonus of up to $5,000* when they refer an external candidate.

When you refer a qualified candidate to Catholic Health who then gets hired as a full time or part time Associate, you’ll receive the bonus*. The bonus will be paid when the referred Associate celebrates their 6 month or 12 month anniversary (payout schedules vary by site and bonus is prorated if part time).

Below are the positions that are eligible for a referral bonus (as of 5/1/25):

Nursing

Registered Nurse (RN) / Graduate Nurse (GN)
- Case Management – $2,500
- Sisters of Charity Hospital Float Pool – $3,000
- Long Term Care, LIFE/PACE – $3,000
- McAuley Seton Home Care RNs – $5,000 (with certified home care experience) or $3,000 (with no certified home care experience)
- Other (if not listed above) – $2,500
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $1,000
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – $2,000
Nurse Assistant – $1,000
Immediate Treatment Assistant (ITA) – $1,000
Home Health Aide (HHA) – $1,000
Resident Care Aide – $1,000
Activity Aide – $1,000

Medical

Advanced Practitioner (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) – $1,000
Medical Assistant (MA) – $1,000
Respiratory Therapist – $2,500

Techs

Surgical Tech – $1,000
Sterile Processing Tech – $1,000
Clinical Lab Technologist – $2,500
Clinical Lab Technician – $1,250
CT Tech – $2,500
X-Ray Tech – $1,000
Pharmacy Tech – $1,000

Support

Cook/Dietary – $1,000
Environmental Service Aide – $1,000
Educator Clinical App. – $1,000
Driver LIFE – $1,000
Addictions Counselor – $1,000
Social Worker – $1,000
Billing & Coding – $1,000

Special Note: Any position for within Healthcare Solutions has a $500 value

**RN/GN – Defined as those positions with a job description identifying an active license and registration as a Registered Professional Nurse as a required qualification for the position.
Catholic Health System management and executive level employees are not eligible to receive the referral bonus.
