Comprehensive Childbirth

Our Comprehensive Childbirth class series is a four‑week program designed for parents seeking a deeper understanding of the childbirth experience. Meeting once a week, the series offers an in‑depth exploration of labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Each session covers essential topics such as detailed birth physiology, comfort measures and coping techniques, common medical interventions, and ways to integrate natural childbirth methods even when medical support is needed. Our experienced educators go beyond the basics, providing parents with the knowledge, confidence, and hands‑on tools necessary for a more informed and empowered birth experience.

Lamaze Focus Class

These classes are geared towards parents who desire additional Lamaze focus for natural childbirth or a more comprehensive class than the Childbirth Basics class. These classes have four sessions, meeting once a week. This class will include many comfort measures, the Lamaze 6 Healthy Birth Practices, and extra time for practice. It will also cover common medical interventions and ways to use natural childbirth techniques even when medical assistance is needed.
