Prepared Childbirth - Activity Class

This class is perfect as a review or as a basic childbirth class. We will overview the labor and delivery process, look at comfort measures and common medical procedures in childbirth, and have some time to overview positions and helpful tips for reducing discomfort. An optional tour follows our classes in our birthing hospitals. We do a 3 hour slightly condensed version of this class in the evenings but review in a bit more depth (4 hours) on weekend days.
