Please note that no one will be denied access to services at a Catholic Health facility due to an inability to pay and that there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income (see Financial Assistance below).

Our Certified Application Counselors are available to meet with you and assess your eligibility for health coverage through federal or state programs. There are several options available that can make your medical care more affordable.
Catholic Health accepts a variety of insurance and contracted managed care plans. Here you will find participating health plan information and the doctors who provide care at Catholic Health. When you receive care at Catholic Health, you will be billed separately for hospital and physician services.
