Code of Conduct
As representatives of Catholic Health, it is important that we as individuals conduct ourselves in a manner that is consistent with honest, ethical behavior and commit ourselves to the responsible management of our resources.
Catholic Health's Corporate Compliance program is our first line of defense in preventing and detecting activities that may negatively impact our organization.
Compliance issues may violate Catholic Health, state or federal rules, laws or regulations, and have a potential for government audit or legal action.
If you have questions about the Code of Conduct, need advice on how to handle a situation at work or know about an issue that raises compliance concerns, contact your manager or Chief Compliance Officer, Leonardo Sette‐Camara, Esq. at 1-888-200-5380. All calls are confidential.
