Visiting Policy
In response to the recent increase of COVID-19 cases across Western New York, Catholic Health is temporarily suspending visitations at its hospitals and long term care facilities effective November 13. For more information click here.
Parking
There is no cost to park at Sisters of Charity Hospital, St. Joseph Campus.
Flower Deliveries
All local florists deliver to St. Joseph Campus. If you are ordering flowers for a patient, it is not necessary to include the room number, as the florist will stop at the front desk to confirm the recipient's name and room number before the delivery is made.
Gift Shop
Gift shop hours may vary at St. Joseph Campus. Please call to verify operating hours, (716) 891-2400.
Internet Access
Free wireless internet access is available throughout the hospital. To begin using this service, open your wireless connection utility, scan available networks and connect to "Catholic Health Visitor."
Food Options
Guest Trays
Our Food and Nutrition Department will make meals available to relatives and friends of hospitalized patients for a nominal fee.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria is located on the first floor and offers a variety of hot foods, sandwiches, salad bar items, desserts, ice cream, snacks and beverages.
Cafeteria Hours:
Monday through Friday
Breakfast - 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Lunch - 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Dinner - 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Weekends and Holidays
Breakfast - 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Lunch - 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Dinner - 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Vending Machines
Vending machines are available next to the Emergency Department Waiting Area.

Smoke-free Campus
Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere on hospital property and off-site locations. This smoke-free policy includes all buildings, parking areas, cars parked on hospital property, grounds and adjacent sidewalks.
