Based on our mission, Catholic Health is committed to providing health care services to all patients based on medical necessity. However, we also recognize the need to provide financial assistance to those who find it difficult to manage the expenses incurred with receiving medical services at our facilities. The purpose of the Healthcare Assistance Program is to provide help to those in need.
Our team will help you apply for assistance through our Healthcare Assistance Program and can also assist with applying for health coverage through federal or state programs. For more information on your options call our Patient Financial Services Team at (716) 601-3600.
