Combining hospital-based activities, a multifaceted outpatient experience, and an understanding of the realities of private practice within an ethnically and socioeconomically diverse patient population ensures a strong clinical experience for our residents. We offer a fully approved, three-year program designed to satisfy the requirement for certification of the American Board of Internal Medicine to practice as a Board eligible/Board certified internist or entry into fellowship of a variety of subspecialty programs in internal medicine. Our Program I.D. is 140-35-21-251 We do not offer any externships or observerships. All applications must be submitted through ERAS. RequirementsAll Western New York candidates or candidates with strong local ties are welcome and encouraged to apply to our training program. All U.S. graduates must have a Dean’s letter.
