Conveniently located on the Sisters of Charity Hospital campus on Main Street in Buffalo, St. Catherine Labouré Health Care Center is easily accessible by private or public transportation.
Through our well-rounded long-term care programs, we provide residents with comprehensive skilled nursing services and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing or eating.
Our staff takes great pride in providing a homelike atmosphere for residents and patients, and ensuring that each is cared for with the utmost dignity and respect.
Spirituality of all denominations is woven into the fabric of services provided. Our chaplain is expert in servicing the spiritual needs of residents and patients. Mass is celebrated three times per week, and daily communion is available.
Quality care means achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients and residents. This is accomplished through our team of interdisciplinary professionals who have special training in caring for seniors. This team includes physicians, nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, nutritionists, social workers, case managers, chaplain, activity directors, and patient and staff educators.
