Here’s how it works…
- Catholic Health Associates and friends can receive a 13 month membership for just $38.60 (with tax). Please make check payable to BJ’s Wholesale Club.
- For every new or renewing membership, BJ's will donate five ($5.00) dollars to support the Mount St. Mary's Hospital Foundation.
