AthletiCare Scholarship

Two scholarships, in the amount of $500 each, will be awarded to two graduating high school seniors for the 2009-2010 school year. Applicants must be either:

1. a graduating high school senior at a participating WNY high school who plans to pursue a degree in one of the allied health fields listed on our Sports Outreach Program page, or,
2. a graduating high school senior whose parent/guardian is a Catholic Health associate and who plans to pursue a degree in one of the allied health fields listed on our Sports Outreach Program page. This opportunity is available to children of Catholic Health associates, regardless of the high school they are attending.

Completed applications must be mailed and postmarked no later than March 31, 2010. Announcement of recipients will be made no later than May 7, 2010.

Sisters Hospital Employees Federal Credit Union
