About

The team of medical professionals at OLV Family Care Center seeks to be a community health resource for your non-emergent medical needs. Our providers take the time to form one-on-one relationships with each of our patients to ensure that you and your loved ones receive the highest quality primary care, pediatrics, and nutrition counseling services.

The OLV Family Care Center provides healthcare services for the entire family. As a practice, our pediatric services extend to children who are at least 6 years old. If you are in need of services for someone who is younger than 6 years old, please find a pediatrician near you.

Services

Primary Care

Our primary care physicians are here to provide a constant support system for our patients to lean on. Few things are more important than your health, which we treat by conducting annual physicals, providing care for your non-emergent medical needs, and assessing symptoms for specialist referrals.

Nutrition Counseling

Counseling sessions with our expert dieticians provide a way for patients to examine how their lifestyle and diet are reflected in the way they feel. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of care by taking the time to understand patient concerns and observing your privacy.

Pediatrics

Pediatricians provide care for children and young adults up to the age of 21. Our trusted physicians focus on ensuring your loved ones' health by treating everything from minor injuries to complex health conditions. We encourage patients to visit our office for annual physicals, sick visits, and preventative healthcare.

Payment & Insurance

The Catholic Health primary care centers accept most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare.

Don't have insurance? You may qualify for insurance through the NYS of Health. We have representatives available to assist you in the application process.

We can assist you in applying for food stamps (WIC), pharmaceuticals (EPIC), help with your heating bills (HEAP) and health insurance.
