POSITION PURPOSE: Serves in a leadership role providing strategic direction, vision, oversight and guidance in the integration of entity, facility or ministry (RHM or NHM) level Human Resources strategies, operations and services in order to advance and align strategy and structure in achieving a "One HR" service delivery model which is responsive to and supportive of organization and business needs, goals and objectives, while embracing the mission and core values of Trinity Health. Responsible for overseeing Human Resource delivery for all colleagues within an assigned entity, facility or ministry. Leads, directs and manages a Human Resource entity, facility or ministry structure, which includes client support for the business functions in that organization. Leads and directs entity, facility or ministry Human Resource teams, while maintaining a strong linkage to respective regional or other ministries and functions. Accesses and utilizes support resources for assigned ministry from Centers of Expertise (COE) services and/or regional services. Serves as close intermediary to regional leader with responsibility for leading and executing regional and level initiatives, strategy and projects as directed. Develops and fosters effective collaborative relationships with entity, facility or ministry leaders, Regional leader, and HR Center of Expertise (COE) leaders. Develops business acumen and an understanding of individual business needs and organization capabilities while aligning and advancing Human Resource strategy, operation and services for the assigned entity, facility or ministry.
