Healthcare assistance is offered to all patients who do not have insurance, based on an income sliding scale.
There are no income limits. All patients without insurance coverage will be eligible for a potential discount based on the standard Catholic Health Uninsured and Healthcare Assistance Program policies.
New York State Patients
While we primarily serve the five counties of Western New York, everyone in New York State who needs emergency services and does not have health insurance can receive care at a discount.
Additionally, everyone who lives in New York State can receive a discount on non-emergency, medically necessary services in our hospitals if they do not have health insurance. You will not be denied medically necessary care because you need financial assistance.
You may apply for a discount regardless of immigration status.
