The Piver Center is open Monday through Friday. Hours vary by service.

We can be reached by phone at the following times:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Parking

Please note that there is a cost of $1 to park, with a parking voucher that can be obtained from the front desk.

If a voucher is not obtained, the parking rates of Sisters of Charity Hospital apply.

Staff

Our staff includes M. Steven Piver, M.D., a pioneer and internationally-known specialist in the treatment of ovarian and other gynecologic cancers. Dr. Piver is the Senior Gynecologic Oncologist for Sisters of Charity Hospital and the Medical Director of the Piver Center.

Gynecology

• Gynecology care, including pap smears and breast exams (Click here for more information about our gynecology services.)
• Complex endocrine conditions and osteoporosis
• Oncology (cancer)
• Urogynecology (urinary incontinence and prolapse (bulging) of the bladder, vagina and/or uterus)
• Urodynamics testing (looks at how well the bladder, sphincters, and urethra are storing and releasing urine)
• Minimally invasive surgery for hysterectomies, myomectomies and more (Click here for more information about minimally invasive surgery.)

Diagnostic Imaging

• Bone Densitometry – Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (as needed: Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.)
• Mammography – Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (as needed: Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.)
• Ultrasound – Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage provides help for people with a broad spectrum of health problems ranging from general stress to serious illnesses such as cancer.

Nutrition and Fitness

• Nutrition – Our full-time registered dietitian is available for nutritional counseling services and individualized weight loss.
• LIFESTEPS© Weight Management Program – LIFESTEPS© is a 12-week program that teaches adults how to take gradual steps toward changing their eating and physical activity behaviors.
• Health and Fitness Programs – Our registered dietitian and fitness trainers have the knowledge, experience, and motivation to tailor a program for your needs.

Physical Therapy for Pelvic Floor Conditions

Pelvic floor dysfunction includes both pelvic pain and incontinence. Through the Partners In Rehab Pelvic Floor Dysfunction program, specific external and internal techniques can help release the pain.
