Long term care takes place in a nursing home, where 24-hour nursing care is provided by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Through our well-rounded long-term care programs, we provide residents with comprehensive skilled nursing services and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing or eating.
Long-term care includes an extensive array of social and recreational activities to help residents live as actively, dignified and independently as possible. Our goal is to foster a sense of family and community for our residents.
Skilled nursing care is provided at Catholic Health's Buffalo area nursing homes:

To assist you in making your decision, we've created a nursing home checklist to help you evaluate the facilities you call or visit. Be sure to compare the lists for each. This will help you select a facility that is a good choice for you or your loved one.
