Improve Your Athletic Performance & Avoid Injuries
No matter what your age or sport, we can help to improve your game and reduce the risk of injuries.
We'll work with you to improve your:

Approximately 70% of ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) injuries occur during non-contact situations such as landing from a jump or during turning/twisting activities when a sudden imbalance occurs in the lower extremity. Many of these non-contact injuries are preventable through proper training.
Through the Sportsmetrics™ ACL Prevention Program, we help to develop strong athletes with good technique; this prevents injury AND enhances performance. The program is scientifically proven to increase jump height and reduce the risk of serious knee injuries.
During this program, jumping drills are used to teach the athlete to preposition the entire body safely when accelerating (jumping) or decelerating (landing).
Who Will Benefit
Our participants train for softball, golf, volleyball, basketball, hockey, and other sports. They may play as part of a sports team or for recreation.
We tailor our programs based on sport, position and personal performance goals.
Training takes place at one of the locations listed above.
Group sessions take place at an alternate location, such as at a team's practice field. We will work with you to find a suitable location.
Length of Program
To see improvements, you must practice proper techniques over a period of time. Our program is generally four weeks long, with sessions that occur twice per week. We will tailor the program to accommodate your needs.
The athletic performance enhancement program begins with an initial screening that identifies weakness and areas for improvement. We then target individual areas for improvement to help you reach your athletic goals.
Returning to Play
In addition to prevention, we can assist athletes with a serious knee injury who are preparing to return to play.
Under the supervision of an athletic trainer, you will learn the fundamentals of Sportsmetrics™ in a clinic setting and then train at home over a six week period.
