Introductory classes in Natural Family Planning are held in Buffalo at the Piver Center on the campus of Sisters of Charity Hospital and Mercy Hospital of Buffalo in the Marian Professional Building, Suite 204. In Lewiston, classes are held at Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

Introductory classes are generally 90 minutes long. Pre-registration is required.

Aside from helping us navigate through some difficult health issues, NFP had far-reaching effects on our spiritual growth as a couple.
