My weight had gotten out of control and I knew I needed to make a change not only for myself but also for my wife and children.
With Annele’s expertise and guidance, I was able to lose 100 pounds through lifestyle changes.
I replaced french fries and cheeseburgers with grilled chicken and salmon and started eating a nutritious breakfast daily. I also began an exercise program.
Thanks to Annele, I have regained my health and have set a good example for my children.
