Annele Neyman, RD, CDN, CDE

Annele Neyman, RD, CDN, CDE, teaches a diabetes class.

Annele Neyman, RD, CDN, CDE, has been employed by Catholic Health since 2002 and Kenmore Mercy Hospital since 2004. She is a registered dietitian, certified dietitian/nutritionist and certified diabetes educator. Annele takes pride in helping clients reach their nutritional goals.

My weight had gotten out of control and I knew I needed to make a change not only for myself but also for my wife and children.

With Annele’s expertise and guidance, I was able to lose 100 pounds through lifestyle changes.

I replaced french fries and cheeseburgers with grilled chicken and salmon and started eating a nutritious breakfast daily. I also began an exercise program.

Thanks to Annele, I have regained my health and have set a good example for my children.

I am pre-diabetic.

This diabetes class helped me with controlling carbohydrates. It may also be helping me in keeping off of medications for now.
